This cowl is a very simple make, and the instructions to make it are available here. I love the texture you get from this, and it works best when it is made using sock weight yarns which have a bit of thickness to them, such as bamboo or cashmere, but it also works OK with a regular merino sock yarn which is on the slimmer side. The pink and grey one pictured at the top is a merino / bamboo mix from Jo.Knit.Sew, and the bottom one a normal merino from Lollipop Guild Yarns.
