I made this after seeing a small blanket that someone else had made which was based on some granny squares which were used to set a ripple pattern. I had a set of rainbow Ice Yarn and a load of white acrylic DK which needed using up, so I made this. I still have the ends to sew in, but I love the way this turned out, and I was so pleased to work out how to make the sides of the blanket straight.
